SHIPPING POLICY
We ship within the United States with the exception of Alaska, and Hawaii.
Your new addition to your collection is very important to us. We package all of our plants with care. Your order will be processed in the order in which it was received and be on its way to you in 3 to 5 business days. We offer you the option of standard or expedited shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping highly recommended for some of our more delicate houseplants and is noted in their descriptions.
Please be aware of the weather in your area. Extreme temperatures will have a negative effect on tropical plants health and its ability to arrive to you in the best possible condition. Both heat and cooling packs are available seasonally to add to your purchase at your discretion.
We can not be held accountable for carrier delays or mishandling of packages once they have left our facility. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact us immediately upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY
All live plant sales are final. Please understand that you are having a living thing shipped to you. Some shipping stress is to be expected and as such is not viewed as grounds for a refund or return. We are happy to accept returns for items that were sent in error on our part. Please contact us and we will send a return label for the item. This policy does not exclude our indemnity from carrier damage or delay and refunds are issued at our discretion upon the return of the item in like condition to which it was shipped.
PAYMENT METHOD
Currently we accept all major Credit Cards and Paypal. Other payment methods may become available in the near future. All Virginia Residence are subject to a 6% sale tax.
